Production Specialist (Packaging)

• Prepares operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities 
• review the data of the Batches before starting the production process
• Follow up the production process and ensure that the workers follow GMP according to the operating papers
• Follow-up recording of processing, preparation and packing steps in the batch record.
• Keep track of the recording of the required data in the log book and review it.
• Training employees in the production unit on standard work methods and good manufacturing rules.
• Complete reconciliations of capping, over printing, check weigh, labeling & packaging stages in batch record.
• Follow up record in capping, over printing, check weigh, labeling & packaging logbooks.
• Cover night shifts including weekends
• Perform any other assigned duties related to job nature 

• Bachelor degree in science.
• At least 1-3 years’ experience in production in a pharmaceutical firm.
• A basic understanding of production processes and production equipment.
• Excellent English, verbal / written communication
• Ability to work well through others
• Excellent computer skills
• Has the skill of leadership.
