Job Responsibilities
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and services.
- Enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
- Identify and evaluates new digital technologies and uses Web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights along with spending and performance optimization.
- Create new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget.
- Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports.
- Forecast potential sales based on digital marketing activities.
- Research and forecast future sales and performance trend.
Skills
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
- 4 Years of Proven working experience in digital marketing.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends).
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Very good at English, verbal / writ5ten communication.
- Ability to communicate well and work through others.
- Excellent computer skills.
